At Real Law Radio (RLR) , your privacy is taken very seriously. As a result, RLR has instituted the following Privacy Policy regarding how your personal information will be treated as you use this website.
Except as otherwise expressly stated in this website, this policy only addresses RLR's use and disclosure of information collected from you. To the extent that you disclose personal information to other sites, those sites are not regarded or intended to be included here. Feel free to ask questions before disclosing any personal information to RLR or anyone else.

1) No automatic collection of personal data:
RLR does not automatically collect Personally Identifiable Information (e.g., name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) unless it is voluntarily submitted or otherwise disclosed to RLR, including via all electronic, written, and telephonic disclosures. In order to meet your needs and to provide qualityservices to you, however, RLR does collect some information that might contain Personally Identifiable Information ("PII"). Here are the areas where RLR encounters your personal information: when you meet with RLR in person or over the phone,
-when you send RLR information by mail or e-mail, through the website, and on other documents or forms that are used on the site.
2) No disclosure of personal data:
RLR does not share PII with anyone without your express consent, except as required or permitted by law and as described below. The law permits disclosure in certain instances, for example to protect against fraud, or in response to a court order, subpoena, or other legal process.
Note: RLR reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain, and/or disclose any information necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request or to cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities in investigating a claim of illegal activity. RLR may use IP addresses to identify a user when it believes it is necessary to protect its service, website, clients, potential clients, promotions or other offerings. RLR will at all times use reasonable efforts to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.
3) No trading of personal data to third parties, except during promotions - "unsubscribe option":
RLR will not sell, trade, or rent PII to third parties, except to sponsors of promotional events. They will be given your e-mail and other address information if you choose to participate in a RLR promotion or giveaway. RLR will only provide your PII to sponsors of the event in which you participate. If you wish to change any information submitted to RLR, or if you wish to opt out of RLR's mailing lists or promotional disclosures, send RLR's support team an e-mail with "unsubscribe" in the content. You will get confirmation of that request within 24 -48 hours and you will be removed from the contest or promotion.
4) Protecting personal data:
Any PII received by RLR will be treated with care and discretion. The Firm will use reasonable efforts to ensure that your information is not misused.
